Remote, and based in Colombia. Occasional travel for project or team in-person meetings.

What you will do

• Translate abstract business needs into actionable, prioritized requirements through end-to-end discovery and documentation of project impact.
• Cultivate partnerships across Global Operations (Customer Services, Support Operations, Onboarding & Compliance) for scalability and readiness.
• Drive project timelines, hold cross-functional partners accountable, and adapt to shifting capacities.
• Identify and mitigate risks by mapping dependencies between Enterprise Technology and Global Operations.
• Generate weekly status updates and maintain documentation in Airtable for auditability and alignment.
• Coordinate launch synchronization between technical releases and business-facing enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Project, Program, or Delivery Management in fast-paced tech or operations.
• Technical literacy to translate constraints into business tradeoffs and communicate with Engineering/Product teams.
• Expertise in end-to-end project lifecycles: BRD, UAT, launch enablement.
• Advanced proficiency in project tools like Airtable, Jira, or Asana.

Nice to have

• Experience with Global Operations functions (Customer Services, Support Operations, Onboarding & Compliance).
• PMP or similar certification.
