What you will do

  • Lead and drive sophisticated demand generation strategies for multiple products across global regions to drive pipeline for enterprise and small-business customers.
  • Implement repeatable, scalable playbooks to drive predictable new and expansion pipeline.
  • Own the development, optimization, and reporting across demand gen funnels, ensuring clear SLAs and handoffs with Sales.
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROAS on the highest performing campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing operations to optimize lead scoring, routing, data hygiene, and attribution.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to build and deliver ICP-centric messaging to key target audiences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading performance marketing or demand gen teams.
  • Deep expertise across performance marketing, CRO, SEO, content, events, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to build, capture, and scale demand.
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
