TL;DR

Marketing Director (AI): Leading the global marketing organization to drive revenue growth and brand positioning for an AI-native content platform with an accent on demand generation, product marketing, and customer lifecycle management. Focus on engineering a scalable GTM motion, leveraging generative AI to optimize performance, and aligning marketing strategy with commercial revenue goals.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

hirify.global is a leading B2B SaaS content creation platform based in Amsterdam and New York, currently transforming into an AI-native solution for enterprise teams.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of eleven marketers across demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, and brand functions.
  • Own pipeline yield and acquisition programs, utilizing multi-touch attribution and ROAS reporting to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Evolve the product story and messaging frameworks to reflect the platform's AI-native capabilities.
  • Build data-driven, segmented customer marketing campaigns to drive adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • Shape the company's external brand voice and executive thought leadership presence across social and industry events.
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align marketing strategy with unit economics and budget modeling.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing or leading marketing for an AI-native solution.
  • At least 4 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple marketing functions simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue contribution with clear attribution.
  • Fluency in modern martech stacks including Salesforce and HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership and boards.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a content, digital experience, or marketing technology platform.
  • Exposure to both mid-market and enterprise sales motions.
  • Familiarity with the AI and MarTech ecosystem.
