What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of scalable and sustainable pricing tools and processes to improve gross margins.
• Analyze financial processes and execute improvements to increase profitability, reduce risk, and eliminate waste.
• Partner with IT and Accounting to design and implement a project accounting overhaul, including leading UAT and training programs.
• Build and manage detailed project plans and timelines, providing status updates and analyses to C-suite stakeholders.
• Define detailed business and finance requirements for transformative initiatives.
• Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure professional growth and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Project Management, or Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and working knowledge of project accounting rules and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Location: Must be based in the Atlanta, GA office

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Previous experience in professional services or consulting.
