What you will do

• Operate continuous monitoring across media and social platforms to surface real-time reputational signals and emerging narratives.
• Analyze competitive share of voice and diagnose drivers of spikes to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to correlate earned media spikes with top-of-funnel indicators like organic search and branded traffic.
• Guide editorial planning by identifying market whitespace and untapped story angles to differentiate hirify.global.
• Develop dashboards and produce periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to demonstrate the impact of communications strategies.
• Optimize the communications tech stack and integrate AI-first workflows to improve speed to insight.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in communications analytics, media measurement, or PR strategy.
• Proven success working within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on fluency with Meltwater, MuckRack, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
• Strong ability to translate complex datasets into clear narratives for senior executives.
• Experience building scalable reporting frameworks and operating models.
• Must be based in Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Toronto.
