Focus on converting builder and contractor business, executing field initiatives, and managing complex multi-phase projects from quote to fulfillment.

Location: Field-based role in the Southeast Sales Region (TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL). Must reside within the assigned territory.

Salary: $63,000 - $87,000 USD plus annual sales incentive.

What you will do

  • Capture targeted market share and implement Pro-focused promotional programs in retail environments.
  • Promote product portfolios across Lowe’s, Home Depot, and distribution networks.
  • Collaborate with Retail Channel Outside Sellers to align on active projects and Pro promotions.
  • Execute high-level blueprint reading and full project takeoffs to ensure accuracy.
  • Host region-wide Pro events to deliver product training to retail and distribution partners.
  • Manage high-value Pro projects and drive loyalty through rebate contracts and long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, field operations, or channel management in B2C or retail environments.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory.
  • Comfortable with up to 75% travel, including both driving and air travel.
  • Strong commitment to sales and ability to excel in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Pro customers such as builders, remodelers, and contractors.
  • Background in big-box retail, distribution, or the building products industry.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
