Location: Field-based role in the Southeast Sales Region (TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL). Must reside within the assigned territory.
Salary: $63,000 - $87,000 USD plus annual sales incentive.

What you will do
- Capture targeted market share and implement Pro-focused promotional programs in retail environments.
- Promote product portfolios across Lowe’s, Home Depot, and distribution networks.
- Collaborate with Retail Channel Outside Sellers to align on active projects and Pro promotions.
- Execute high-level blueprint reading and full project takeoffs to ensure accuracy.
- Host region-wide Pro events to deliver product training to retail and distribution partners.
- Manage high-value Pro projects and drive loyalty through rebate contracts and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, field operations, or channel management in B2C or retail environments.
- Must reside within the assigned territory.
- Comfortable with up to 75% travel, including both driving and air travel.
- Strong commitment to sales and ability to excel in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience working with Pro customers such as builders, remodelers, and contractors.
- Background in big-box retail, distribution, or the building products industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
