Salary: $90,000 - $94,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage daily product sell-out and education to hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on seasonal marketing, events, and new customer acquisition.
• Launch products and maintain day-to-day business at Ulta while building brand awareness.
• Monitor industry trends, promotions, and activations, providing reports and analysis.
• Train staff on seasonal products and execute gondola training.
• Track financial metrics, KPIs, and prepare YOY business reviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in open-sell, multi-branded environment at Ulta, including client/staff profiles and events
• Fluency in English (oral, written, presenting); proficiency in Spanish a plus
• Outstanding relationship-building and teamwork in fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, presentation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze issues, manage inventories, and work cross-functionally
• Working knowledge of Southeast territory and Ulta locations; Tuesday-Saturday work week; 50-70% travel; valid driver’s license; lift 40lbs
