What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and distributors within the territory.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations, trials, and training at job sites.
• Identify and progress conversion opportunities from trial to recurring business.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback on product performance and applications.
• Monitor territory activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Support new product launches through field validation and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, customer support, or field-based construction roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical training.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• Background in construction or roofing products or services.
• Experience managing a sales territory or customer portfolio independently.
