TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (Sales/Account Management): Managing the Channel Partner Program to deliver value and drive growth within the foodservice digital procurement network with an accent on strategic relationship building and KPI tracking. Focus on automating repeatable processes, expanding partner engagements, and optimizing pipeline reporting via Salesforce.

Location: New London, CT or Waltham, MA. Work sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners, developing and growing strategic relationships.
  • Build and automate repeatable processes to support scalable and profitable partnerships.
  • Measure and monitor partner performance, providing monthly reporting on activity and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with VPs to address market-specific challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce extensively for tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and value expansion within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Management or Sales Management experience, including remote or inside sales.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (the company is unable to offer sponsorship).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage and report using dashboards and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Background in the restaurant or foodservice industry.
