Location: Remote (Must be located in the United States)
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account management plans for high-value technology vertical clients.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling products and solutions.
- Manage C-level relationships and deliver quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service levels are maintained and business problems are resolved.
- Handle contractual documentation, including MSAs, SOWs, and RFP responses.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to articulate FA's unique value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales account management for strategic national or global accounts.
- Proven track record of managing C-level relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Must be located in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with Looker Analytics and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for client tracking.
