What you will do

  • Lead a team of ~6 AEs targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Design the end-to-end upmarket sales motion, including outbound prospecting and procurement navigation.
  • Coach AEs through complex deal cycles involving C-suite and finance leaders.
  • Manage forecasting rigor, pipeline coverage, and quarterly call accuracy.
  • Partner with Marketing and CS on ICP targeting, ABM campaigns, and account handoffs.
  • Co-sell on strategic deals to model executive presence and handle legal/security reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing AEs in B2B SaaS across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Proven track record of building or evolving an upmarket sales motion.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both outbound pipeline and inbound demand conversion.
  • Fluency in multi-stakeholder deal cycles, including procurement and legal reviews.
  • Strong operational instincts in territory modeling and data-driven coaching.
  • Experience thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to nonprofits, government, higher ed, or healthcare systems.
  • Familiarity with grant management or federal compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and modern RevOps tooling.
  • Background in multi-product platforms with a land-and-expand GTM motion.
  • Experience with RFP responses or government procurement (SAM.gov).
