Location: Remote (Philippines, LATAM, or Eastern Europe). Schedule: US Central Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

What you will do
- Create and nurture outbound leads to increase the volume of qualified conversations.
- Identify customer needs, fit, and readiness to prioritize high-quality opportunities.
- Conduct consistent outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and provide necessary context for closers.
- Maintain clean and organized CRM data while tracking engagement metrics.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a sales or SDR role.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience qualifying leads and booking meetings.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Asana.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work US Central Time hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Nice to have
- B2B experience selling marketing or digital services.
- Experience in the Attorney, Pool Builder, or Home Service industries.
- Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Experience working with US-based teams.
