What you will do

• Research and identify senior executives and decision-makers aligned with target event audiences.
• Build and maintain high-quality, accurate prospect lists.
• Conduct proactive outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to recruit qualified delegates.
• Manage the entire pipeline with full ownership of CRM accuracy and updates.
• Craft tailored outreach messaging, adapting tone based on the individual and context.
• Collaborate with the AU-based events team to deliver strong attendance outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delegate acquisition or B2B outreach converting leads into attendees.
• Ability to identify large Australian businesses (e.g., ASX500) and distinguish vendors from clients.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach, including cold calls and LinkedIn engagement.
• Ability to align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
