Location: Must be based in the Philippines. Work schedule must align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).

Compensation: $2,000 - $2,500 AUD Monthly

What you will do

• Prepare and review company and trust financial statements.
• Manage BAS preparation and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Handle Division 7A calculations and related reporting.
• Support the preparation of company financials and year-end processes.
• Manage workflow and reporting using Xero and XPM (Xero Practice Manager).
• Collaborate internally via Teams and calls to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax compliance.
• Solid experience with Xero and XPM.
• Confidence in handling Division 7A matters and trust structures.
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
