What you will do

• Manage the full bookkeeping function for multiple business entities with an annual turnover of AUD 20–30 million.
• Process daily financial transactions using Xero Accounting Software.
• Perform accurate bank, supplier, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure all financial records comply with Australian accounting standards.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller on day-to-day financial administration.

Requirements

• Mandatory Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Current Xero Certification and extensive hands-on experience with the software.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during Australian business hours (AEST).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet and a capable computer.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance.
