Product Marketing Manager (EHR for Practice Groups): Shaping and advancing go-to-market strategy for SaaS EHR solution serving practice groups across post-acute ecosystem with an accent on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and buyer needs. Focus on synthesizing insights, developing differentiated value propositions, enabling sales teams, and optimizing performance metrics using AI tools.

Location: Remote (USA), with required travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and meetings.

Salary: $115,000 - $128,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

  • Identify market dynamics, competitive shifts, buyer trends, and regulatory factors to define problem statements and differentiated positioning.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, enhancements, and growth initiatives, including messaging architecture and launch plans.
  • Enable sales and cross-functional teams with value propositions, competitive insights, and subject matter expertise.
  • Create messaging frameworks translating product capabilities into business value for executive and clinical buyers.
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, gather feedback, and refine strategies to boost awareness, pipeline, and win rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
  • 4–6 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS; healthcare technology required, post-acute/practice groups preferred
  • Experience with Product Management/Marketing frameworks (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing)
  • Proven ability to build value propositions linking products to business outcomes and support pipeline growth
  • Strong communication, storytelling, business acumen, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for analysis and content development

Nice to have

  • Certification in Product Marketing frameworks
  • Experience in provider or post-acute environments
