TL;DR

People And Culture Administrator (HR Operations): Providing administrative and compliance support to the People and Culture function with an accent on documentation, immigration, and the employee lifecycle. Focus on ensuring process accuracy, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining rigorous compliance trackers.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines. Work schedule must align with Melbourne business hours (approx. 6 AM - 2 PM, Monday to Friday).

Salary: $1,400–$2,000 AUD / Monthly

What you will do

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Manage onboarding processes, prepare employment contracts, and maintain employee records.
  • Oversee immigration administration, coordinating with agents and maintaining visa-dependent employee trackers.
  • Administer WorkCover claims, track return-to-work documentation, and communicate with insurers.
  • Support payroll administration by maintaining accurate employee data and processing changes.
  • Maintain the policy library and People and Culture Hub content to ensure version control and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Employment Relations.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR or recruitment administration.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Availability to work Melbourne business hours (approx. 6 AM - 2 PM).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidentiality and compliance obligations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Employment Hero or similar HR/payroll systems.
  • Exposure to WorkCover or immigration coordination.
  • Understanding of industrial awards or Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
  • Experience working in a multi-site organization.
