What you will do

• Process incoming job requests and create job cards in the management system
• Manage email inboxes with timely responses and organization
• Post jobs, coordinate schedules, and notify the team
• Follow detailed SOPs for consistency in tasks
• Provide phone support for client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
• Assist with sales by following up quotes and converting leads to bookings
• Take initiative on additional tasks like content updates and admin improvements

• Fully available and responsive during Sydney business hours like an in-office team member
• Proven reliability in remote work with no gaps or multitasking
