What you will do

• Build and launch a high-end personal brand website using Shopify with a premium aesthetic.
• Configure a new Google Workspace account, professional email addresses, and manage multiple domain redirects.
• Set up sales funnels, landing pages, and automated email sequences in GoHighLevel or Shopify.
• Implement a paid discovery call booking flow and a lead magnet funnel for a book launch.
• Organize the digital workspace and provide clear documentation for all technical setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical infrastructure issues during the setup phase.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Tech VA, OBM, or digital setup specialist.
• Hands-on expertise with Shopify (website build, product pages, checkout, and funnels).
• Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel or similar CRM/funnel platforms.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration, DNS settings, and email configuration.
• Must be based in Philippines or South Africa.
• Ability to maintain core overlap with UK time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with IONOS or similar hosting and domain providers.
• Basic design sensibility using tools like Canva.
• Familiarity with course platforms such as Thinkific or Kajabi.
• Basic understanding of Meta ads and social media scheduling tools.
