What you will do

• Maintain accurate records and execute data quality initiatives for maintenance jobs, customers, and contractors.
• Coordinate the follow-up and completion of overdue maintenance activities between operations and contractors.
• Manage contractor interactions including nominations, quote responses, attendance tracking, and job completions.
• Handle supplier invoicing and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide ad hoc support by preparing reports and offering helpdesk assistance to customers and contractors.
• Perform general administrative duties, including query handling and meeting scheduling.

Requirements

• Professional-level verbal and written communication skills for multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven experience in repairs and maintenance processes, including work order and contractor management.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis, as well as Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle high volumes of data.
• Availability to work during AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
