What you will do

• Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for Australian companies, trusts, and individuals.
• Perform full account compilation in Xero, including HP reconciliations, intercompany accounts, and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS accurately and on time.
• Ensure strict compliance with Australian tax regulations, including GST and income tax requirements.
• Manage and lead a remote team of 2-3 accountants.
• Review and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in preparing Australian financials and tax returns across various entity types.
• Solid understanding of Australian tax legislation, including income tax and GST.
• Confidence in handling end-to-end account compilation and reconciliations.
• Experience managing a small remote team of 2-3 accountants.
• High proficiency in Xero (XPM, Tax, Workpapers), FYI, and Now Infinity.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
