What you will do

• Own the accounting function across all family office entities including LLCs, holding companies, and trusts.
• Manage and oversee a team of bookkeepers, setting standards and reviewing outputs for accuracy.
• Lead the month-end close process and prepare comprehensive financial reports including balance sheets and cash flow summaries.
• Track and reconcile cash across numerous bank and credit card accounts.
• Design and maintain accounting infrastructure, workflows, and internal controls.
• Serve as the primary financial point of contact for the family office and external advisors.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting Manager or Controller-level roles.
• Prior experience managing bookkeepers or accounting teams.
• Deep technical accounting knowledge and strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Excellent reviewer mindset with high attention to detail and discretion.
• Experience with family office, private investment, or real estate structures is strongly preferred.
