What you will do

  • Build and optimize administrative workflows to ensure operational scalability.
  • Manage client onboarding, CRM records, and documentation handoffs from sales to operations.
  • Track regulatory compliance requirements and ensure all records are audit-ready.
  • Oversee the administrative flow of invoicing, billing documentation, and accounting workflows.
  • Maintain documentation for shipping, freight logistics, and downstream vendor contracts.
  • Support HR administrative processes, including employee records, PTO, and onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative operations management, coordination, or leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to design and manage organized operational processes or systems.
  • Extreme attention to detail and high standards for documentation accuracy.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Professional remote work setup with reliable high-speed internet.

Nice to have

  • Experience in operations-heavy or compliance-focused industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured documentation environments.
  • Background supporting finance, logistics, compliance, or HR operations.
