What you will do

• Build and maintain a multi-year factory diversification roadmap across key categories, materials, and geographies.
• Identify and onboard innovation-forward manufacturing partners specializing in technical performance fabrics and advanced construction methods.
• Act as the executive relationship owner for strategic factory partners, conducting quarterly and annual business reviews.
• Lead strategic negotiations for payment terms, MOQ structures, volume cost breaks, and capacity reservations.
• Develop should-cost frameworks and benchmark costing to drive annual margin expansion.
• Collaborate with product creation and operations teams to resolve production escalations and optimize lead times.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or production leadership within premium active/lifestyle apparel brands.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Brooklyn, NY headquarters (onsite).
• Deep global factory network and proven ability to identify and evaluate technical manufacturing capabilities.
• Strong commercial fluency in negotiating rebates, payment terms, and long-term capacity agreements.
• Expertise in technical performance running standards, including seamless construction, advanced bonding, and moisture management.
• Highly analytical approach to translating landed margin and concentration-risk data into actionable decisions.
