What you will do

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business development goals.
• Build and maintain an AI-powered in-house marketing system, including prompt libraries and content templates.
• Own and evolve the brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to convert unstructured strategic thinking into polished marketing briefs.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn and email using HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Produce high-quality client-facing collateral, proposals, and case studies using Canva and PandaDoc.

Requirements

• 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in professional services or agency environments.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI platforms.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional written English with strong editorial judgment and a high eye for design.
