Brand Marketing Manager (AI): Serving as the operational backbone of the Brand & Communications team by managing creative workflows, brand consistency, and AI-assisted production across a portfolio of 25+ vertical software brands. Focus on scaling creative output through standardized systems, governing brand quality, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid role). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end creative workflow management, including intake, routing, and delivery across the portfolio.
- Translate brand strategy into execution for campaigns, product launches, and partner materials.
- Build and maintain Canva and AI-assisted design template libraries for team self-service.
- Serve as the primary quality reviewer to enforce brand standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to manage timelines and creative needs.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline and accelerate content production.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, creative operations, or marketing.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Advanced proficiency with Canva, including building and governing shared template libraries.
- Strong project management instincts with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate creative and content workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and articulate brand quality standards.
