Location: Must be commutable to NYC headquarters (Hybrid: in-office 3–4 days per week, required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Salary: $180,000–$215,000 + equity

What you will do

• Build and own a real-time intelligence view of the self-serve funnel to proactively flag deviations and identify leverage opportunities.
• Lead weekly business reviews, translating complex data into strategic decisions for senior leadership.
• Own the end-to-end experimentation process, including maintaining the experiment registry, change log, and learning archive.
• Design and maintain dashboards and tooling to provide channel owners with granular performance visibility.
• Partner with Strategic Finance to co-own self-serve financial model assumptions and run scenario analyses.
• Monitor competitors and study PLG and vertical SaaS growth best practices to provide high-impact recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth operations, strategy and operations, or marketing analytics at a fast-growing software business.
• Proven track record of building growth operating systems, including dashboards, forecasting processes, and business review cadences.
• Expert knowledge of AI tools and technologies with hands-on experience using AI operationally (Hard Requirement).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, attribution, experimentation design, and business modeling.
• Experience collaborating directly with finance on forecasting or model assumptions.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive decisions with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Prior people management experience or experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Background in consulting or strategy and operations.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Hex, Iterable, Segment, and Eppo.
