Salary: $215K – $260K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do
- Manage vision, strategy, and team of Solution Consultants for Financial Services Pod.
- Support largest strategic accounts through sales cycles and product implementations.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executives on short- and long-term strategies.
- Design playbooks, measure performance, and foster innovation and best practices.
- Recruit, retain talent, and conduct After Action Reviews for team learning.
- Coordinate resources across functions and influence product enhancements.
Requirements
- 10+ years in consulting, solution design, or product management in financial services.
- Located in NYC, DC, Seattle, Miami, or SF.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Risk Management, IT, or related; MBA or certifications a plus.
- Deep finserv knowledge: challenges, regulations, business models.
- Technical expertise in risk management, compliance, data analytics.
- Proven leadership building teams to hit KPIs in solution consulting/engineering for finserv.
