Salary: $175,000 – $245,000

What you will do
- Own the engineering organization, including team structure, hiring, performance, career growth, and culture.
- Set and maintain high standards for engineering quality, reliability, and delivery cadence.
- Partner with the Director of Product to translate roadmap priorities into sequenced, executable engineering plans.
- Drive architectural decisions that support scalability, maintainability, and AI integration.
- Lead incident response culture, focusing on fast resolution, clear communication, and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered development tooling and practices across the entire team.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an engineering leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B SaaS products in production environments.
- Deep experience leading engineering teams through growth, including hiring, onboarding, and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to balance delivery speed with technical integrity.
- Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Background in proptech, real estate, field service, or operations software.
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered features, LLM workflows, or intelligent automation.
- Experience working in companies with 30 to 150 employees.
- Familiarity with multi-sided platform architecture or B2B2C product environments.
