What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing billing operations team.
  • Oversee the billing, invoicing, and collections lifecycle for B2B SaaS subscriptions and usage-based products.
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and strict adherence to financial compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Legal to resolve complex billing inquiries.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within Salesforce, Ordway, and Stripe.
  • Monitor and report on key billing metrics such as AR aging and collection efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or accounting.
  • 2-3 years of direct management experience.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS subscription and usage-based billing models.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce and Ordway.
  • Must be based in the United States (as indicated by US-specific benefits and office locations).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
