Billing Operations Lead (Billing Systems): Own the billing platform in a scaling B2B SaaS real estate company, project managing stabilization initiatives and optimizing across the billing lifecycle. Location: Austin, TX or Remote (US-based, open to qualified candidates). Other offices in San Francisco, CA and Concord, NH.

What you will do
- Own billing platform configuration, optimization, monitoring, and expansion, standardizing processes with Finance and Deal Desk.
- Lead stabilization and re-deployment project in first 6-12 months, scoping requirements, aligning stakeholders, and managing execution.
- Advise cross-functionally on pricing, products, and payments within billing architecture, flagging risks and managing vendor relationships.
- Build operational documentation, runbooks, and ensure accurate data flows and visibility for all dependent teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on with billing tools, CPQ, Salesforce, or ERP across quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Direct experience administering billing/CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ordway, Zuora, or Chargebee.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, technical aptitude, and owner's mentality for systems thinking.
- Minimum 5 years in billing operations, deal desk, revenue operations, or finance ops with platform administration.
Nice to have
- 5+ years in revenue operations, finance, or deal desk.
- Salesforce admin experience or certification.
- Experience with complex pricing models, data analysis tools, ERP, and revenue recognition.
