Salary: $109,000 - $128,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage monthly revenue close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations for deferred revenue and unbilled receivables.
- Review standard and non-standard contracts to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP.
- Prepare annual standalone selling price (SSP) analysis and apply monthly revenue allocations consistently.
- Oversee the order-to-cash process, managing enterprise invoicing and accounts receivable aging reports.
- Ensure accuracy of monthly data within Zuora Revenue and reconcile reports to the general ledger.
- Draft technical accounting memos and collaborate cross-functionally to drive automation in accounting operations.
Requirements
- BS in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in GAAP and ASC 606, specifically applied to complex SaaS and usage-based revenue models.
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with international subsidiaries and consolidations.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfers are available.
Nice to have
- CPA certification with Big 4 experience.
- Experience with Zuora, Avalara, Stripe, FloQast, or Salesforce.
- Background in revenue recognition automation and audit preparation.
