What you will do

• Manage monthly revenue close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations for deferred revenue and unbilled receivables.
• Review standard and non-standard contracts to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare annual standalone selling price (SSP) analysis and apply monthly revenue allocations consistently.
• Oversee the order-to-cash process, managing enterprise invoicing and accounts receivable aging reports.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly data within Zuora Revenue and reconcile reports to the general ledger.
• Draft technical accounting memos and collaborate cross-functionally to drive automation in accounting operations.

Requirements

• BS in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in GAAP and ASC 606, specifically applied to complex SaaS and usage-based revenue models.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with international subsidiaries and consolidations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfers are available.

Nice to have

• CPA certification with Big 4 experience.
• Experience with Zuora, Avalara, Stripe, FloQast, or Salesforce.
• Background in revenue recognition automation and audit preparation.
