What you will do

• Own and execute key components of the monthly revenue close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage complex revenue workflows, including ramped contracts and usage-based revenue.
• Serve as the UAT lead for automation and systems initiatives impacting revenue accounting.
• Perform detailed variance and flux analysis to identify key drivers and investigate discrepancies.
• Build and maintain controls around automated processes to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
• Partner with Finance Systems and Data teams to enhance revenue systems, data flows, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and foundational knowledge of ASC 606.
• Experience with NetSuite (NetSuite ARM experience is a plus).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area to comply with a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days per week in office).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Stripe, Salesforce (SFDC), and Snowflake.
• Experience with usage-based revenue models.
