What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for new product and feature launches (GTM).
• Streamline and optimize existing internal systems and processes.
• Develop and manage project plans to deliver against priorities and metrics.
• Collaborate with Enablement and Revenue Operations to ensure adoption of new technologies.
• Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Create documentation and content to share expertise across the business.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience managing high-impact cross-functional strategic projects.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong project management skills in planning, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to quickly build credibility with internal leaders and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to switch context rapidly.
