What you will do
- Participate in a structured sales training curriculum covering fundamentals, products, and markets.
- Apply consultative selling techniques through role plays, shadowing, and live customer interactions.
- Support sales teams with prospect research, customer outreach, and meeting preparation.
- Develop an understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to customer onboarding.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales engagement platforms to manage activities and track progress.
- Collaborate with peers and sales leaders to complete program assignments and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree graduating in Spring 2026 in Sales, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Regular attendance in the office (Florham Park, NJ).
- Strong interest in Sales, Customer Engagement, or Business Development.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and research.
- Ownership mindset, resilience, and openness to feedback.
