What you will do

  • Participate in a structured sales training curriculum covering fundamentals, products, and markets.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques through role plays, shadowing, and live customer interactions.
  • Support sales teams with prospect research, customer outreach, and meeting preparation.
  • Develop an understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to customer onboarding.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales engagement platforms to manage activities and track progress.
  • Collaborate with peers and sales leaders to complete program assignments and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree graduating in Spring 2026 in Sales, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Regular attendance in the office (Florham Park, NJ).
  • Strong interest in Sales, Customer Engagement, or Business Development.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and research.
  • Ownership mindset, resilience, and openness to feedback.
