Business Development Representative

TL;DR

Location: Raleigh, NC office (Monday-Friday required)

Salary: $50,000 base + commission

What you will do

• Identify and research potential clients using sales tools and platforms.
• Engage leads via cold calling (100-125 calls/day), emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads and assess sales opportunities within specified timeframes.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and stay updated on DevSecOps products and trends.

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday-Friday in Raleigh, NC office required
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and self-motivation to hit sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B enterprise software sales development
• Heavy dialing experience
• Track record in DevSecOps or SDLC domains
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo.io, and lead generation tools
