TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting up meetings for our sales team with an accent on lead generation strategies and client engagement. Focus on high-volume outbound calling, maintaining CRM accuracy, and expanding market presence for innovative software solutions.

Location: Onsite in Raleigh, NC, USA. Availability to work Monday-Friday in the Raleigh, NC office is required.

Salary: $50,000 base, plus commission target.

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market using various tools and platforms.
  • Engage with leads through cold calling, emails, and social media to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads within a specified timeframe and assess their sales potential.
  • Conduct high-volume dialing (around 100-125 calls per day) to engage prospects.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update knowledge on hirify.global’s DevSecOps products and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B enterprise software sales development is ideal.
  • Heavy dialing experience in a sales setting is very helpful.
  • Track record working in DevSecOps (e.g., security, continuous testing, or other Software Development Life Cycle domain space) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo.io, and other lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday in our Raleigh, NC office is required.
