Salary: $50,000 base, plus commission target.

What you will do
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market using various tools and platforms.
- Engage with leads through cold calling, emails, and social media to generate interest.
- Qualify leads within a specified timeframe and assess their sales potential.
- Conduct high-volume dialing (around 100-125 calls per day) to engage prospects.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Continuously update knowledge on hirify.global’s DevSecOps products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience in B2B enterprise software sales development is ideal.
- Heavy dialing experience in a sales setting is very helpful.
- Track record working in DevSecOps (e.g., security, continuous testing, or other Software Development Life Cycle domain space) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo.io, and other lead generation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday in our Raleigh, NC office is required.
