TL;DR

Business Development Associate (B2B Technology): Developing sales opportunities and booking qualified sales meetings with an accent on lead generation and pipeline growth. Focus on researching target contacts, crafting opening pitches, and converting prospects into high-quality meetings.

Location: Chicago, IL, United States (Initially onsite, hybrid remote options available upon meeting performance goals)

Salary: $24.04 per hour plus commissions (Annual target $30k)

What you will do

  • Generate sales opportunities through extensive cold-calling and outreach tactics to turn prospects into qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain established daily call volumes to ensure a consistent pipeline.
  • Document leads and appointments accurately in Salesforce.com to ensure CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate directly with Sales Executives and Account Managers to book qualified sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (B2B technology sales experience preferred).
  • Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for high-volume phone outreach.
  • Demonstrated tenacity, resilience, and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
