What you will do

• Lead, train, and provide direction to the Sales & Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) team to meet business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and achieve revenue targets and profitability.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design and manage lead-generation campaigns.
• Research and compile prospective client lists using business directories, industry research, and web sources.
• Establish and maintain sales reporting, including forecasts and trend analysis for management presentation.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for the team, including hiring recommendations, coaching, and annual performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or four years of relevant work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kingwood, Texas.
• Supervisory experience in a related field is preferred.
