What you will do
- Lead, train, and provide direction to the Sales & Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) team to meet business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and achieve revenue targets and profitability.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design and manage lead-generation campaigns.
- Research and compile prospective client lists using business directories, industry research, and web sources.
- Establish and maintain sales reporting, including forecasts and trend analysis for management presentation.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for the team, including hiring recommendations, coaching, and annual performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or four years of relevant work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
- Must be based in or able to work from Kingwood, Texas.
- Supervisory experience in a related field is preferred.
