Salary: $60,000–$70,000 before bonus structure

What you will do
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability within assigned geographies.
- Lead strategic discovery conversations to uncover client needs and present tailored, value-driven business cases to executive audiences.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while staying current on industry trends and privacy legislation.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to provide market insights that influence solution innovation.
- Navigate complex consultative sales cycles, including the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Ensure long-term partnership success by providing post-go-live support to customers.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Experience accessing and influencing VP and executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong ability to create urgency and momentum within client organizations to close deals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
