What you will do

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies to achieve STMJ targets and maintain market competitiveness.
• Manage content growth through organic development and title acquisitions.
• Negotiate and manage contractual relationships with journal editors, societies, and funding bodies.
• Identify market needs and business opportunities using data analysis and market awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Clinical Solutions, Operations) to develop new information products.
• Act as a coach and mentor for Senior Publishers, Publishers, and Associate Publishers.

Requirements

• University degree and relevant STM publishing experience.
• Proven track record in Open Access publishing and working with academic societies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Data-driven mindset with strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel.
