Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote)

Salary: $133,500 - $188,500 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML and Generative AI models to improve customer onboarding efficiency.
• Implement Agentic workflows and RAG architectures to solve complex business problems.
• Evaluate LLM performance using frameworks such as RAGAS and DeepEval and implement safety guardrails.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy scalable models into production environments.
• Build and maintain robust data science infrastructure and pipelines using Microsoft Azure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science delivering production-grade solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with expertise in PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, and XGBoost/LightGBM.
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic workflows.
• Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure AI Studio, Foundry).
• Must be residing in Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with coding in C# and .NET.
• Experience building and deploying Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
