VIP Account Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Cultivate relationships with VIP players, handling 125+ contacts daily via phone/email as a trusted consultant.
• Act as liaison between VIP players and studios to resolve issues, bugs, and drive retention.
• Leverage consultative approach for top-tier sales and operational customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development and promotions to grow revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance data and create presentations using market trends and research.
• Drive RFP documentation for VIP features and exceed goals for productivity, quality, CSAT, reactivation, and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years customer service or account management experience
• Impeccable communication and excellent telephone skills for high call volume (90+ per day)
• Strong quantitative aptitude for analyzing performance statistics
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Customer-focused with rapport building and revenue generation skills
• Team player; some travel, weekends, or evenings may be required
