What you will do
- Cultivate relationships with VIP players, handling 125+ contacts daily via phone/email as a trusted consultant.
- Act as liaison between VIP players and studios to resolve issues, bugs, and drive retention.
- Leverage consultative approach for top-tier sales and operational customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development and promotions to grow revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance data and create presentations using market trends and research.
- Drive RFP documentation for VIP features and exceed goals for productivity, quality, CSAT, reactivation, and engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years customer service or account management experience
- Impeccable communication and excellent telephone skills for high call volume (90+ per day)
- Strong quantitative aptitude for analyzing performance statistics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused with rapport building and revenue generation skills
- Team player; some travel, weekends, or evenings may be required
