What you will do
- Partner with AVP Sales leaders to understand regional priorities and diagnose business needs using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Translate global enablement initiatives into targeted, high-impact local execution for assigned Operating Units.
- Design and deliver regional enablement programs that address market maturity and specific seller needs.
- Accelerate new hire ramp-up and overall seller productivity throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with distribution, marketing, and regional operational teams to provide cohesive end-to-end solutions.
- Define success metrics and leverage data to iterate and improve enablement effectiveness over time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, strategy, or operations within a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior sales leadership (AVP-level or above).
- Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Experience working with the LATAM market is highly preferred.
