What you will do

  • Partner with AVP Sales leaders to understand regional priorities and diagnose business needs using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Translate global enablement initiatives into targeted, high-impact local execution for assigned Operating Units.
  • Design and deliver regional enablement programs that address market maturity and specific seller needs.
  • Accelerate new hire ramp-up and overall seller productivity throughout the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with distribution, marketing, and regional operational teams to provide cohesive end-to-end solutions.
  • Define success metrics and leverage data to iterate and improve enablement effectiveness over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, strategy, or operations within a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior sales leadership (AVP-level or above).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Experience working with the LATAM market is highly preferred.
