Sr. Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Developing and executing the enablement strategy for the New York commercial hub to drive revenue through improved rep knowledge and selling motions with an accent on bridging GTM strategy and field execution. Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Own the enablement strategy and program roadmap for the New York commercial hub, ensuring coverage across the full commercial lifecycle.
  • Bridge Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to translate GTM strategy into consistent field execution and shared priorities.
  • Define and maintain "field-ready" standards for knowledge, selling motions, and customer-facing execution.
  • Champion AI enablement initiatives by leading the rollout of AI-powered tools and agents to improve productivity.
  • Partner with NY commercial leadership to build nuanced enablement that reflects segment-specific motions and competitive dynamics.
  • Hold enablement programs accountable to revenue outcomes, including pipeline progression and win rates.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement with a track record of delivering complex programs.
  • Fluency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong; familiarity with Highspot, Klue, and Asana is preferred.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to connect enablement decisions to revenue outcomes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
