What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 10-20 enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead client engagement calls and deliver Quarterly (QBR) and Annual (ABR) business reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational, billing, and technical issues until fully resolved.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities and negotiating pricing and terms.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and manage contractual documentation within Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish; professional proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Must be based in Mexico City to support hybrid office and client site visits.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the HR services or technology industry.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
