Salary: $76,780 - $152,460

What you will do
- Develop, integrate, and execute supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, and inventory strategies.
- Conduct scenario and what-if planning to address complex business challenges.
- Analyze supply versus demand statements to ensure alignment with customer commitments and operational goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify constraints and make capacity trade-off decisions.
- Monitor and resolve inventory issues to optimize flow for short-term and long-term objectives.
- Drive continuous process and tool improvement initiatives by partnering with global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, and operations roles.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of linear solvers and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with supply chain methodologies including APICS, LEAN, and CIP.
