What you will do

• Develop, integrate, and execute supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, and inventory strategies.
• Conduct scenario and what-if planning to address complex business challenges.
• Analyze supply versus demand statements to ensure alignment with customer commitments and operational goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify constraints and make capacity trade-off decisions.
• Monitor and resolve inventory issues to optimize flow for short-term and long-term objectives.
• Drive continuous process and tool improvement initiatives by partnering with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, and operations roles.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of linear solvers and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with supply chain methodologies including APICS, LEAN, and CIP.
