What you will do

• Lead procurement operations, sourcing raw materials, plastics, and components for manufacturing and distribution efficiency.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and lead times to optimize costs and reliability.
• Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock optimization aligned with production and customer timelines.
• Analyze procurement data and ERP insights to improve strategies, margins, and efficiency.
• Build supplier relationships and resolve supply chain disruptions for on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
• 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in manufacturing, plastics, or industrial distribution
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, inventory control, and reporting
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to interpret technical documents/blueprints
• Willingness to travel between Illinois and Florida as needed
