What you will do

• Execute sourcing events and support the development of category strategies for assigned indirect spend areas.
• Analyze usage, spend, and market data to identify cost drivers, savings opportunities, and performance trends.
• Maintain accurate pricing, supplier records, and contract information within ERP and sourcing systems.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support issue resolution with suppliers and internal partners.
• Prepare sourcing reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Lead direct sourcing activities for select categories to ensure supply continuity and competitive total cost of ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Experience using ERP, S&OP, or payment systems for purchasing and data management.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and additional industry experience.
• Advanced experience in sourcing analytics or category management.
• Spanish language capability.
