What you will do

  • Identify opportunities and pioneer solutions for competitive advantage in engine and APU maintenance services.
  • Research and implement innovative ideas in engine/APU maintenance and lease markets to maximize leverage.
  • Define long-term strategy and processes for maintenance support of engines, APUs, nacelles, and complex assets.
  • Influence senior leaders with strategic recommendations on maintenance support.
  • Guide cross-functional partners from Fleet, Network Planning, Maintenance, FP&A, Legal, and Accounting on asset acquisition and maintenance.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and manage relationships with engine/APU suppliers.

Requirements

  • 10 years of aircraft maintenance contract management experience or related area.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel with data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Proven business acumen, analytic capability, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18; authorized to work in the U.S.
