Location: Hybrid schedule, reporting to Deerfield, IL HQ Tues-Thurs with remote flexibility Mon/Fri
Salary: $191,000 USD - $310,000 USD

What you will do
- Execute S&OP process for Water business unit, partnering with Global Process Owner for standard operating rhythm.
- Drive demand planning process, owning metric results, inputs/outputs, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee supply and material planning, aligning with operations, procurement, logistics on make/buy, capacity, prioritization, inventory, and space.
- Highlight planning constraints, develop trade-off options, and facilitate weekly S&OE Pulse Meetings for plan execution and deviations.
- Exceed key metrics: customer service (fill rate, on-time, OTIF), working capital (inventory, DSI), forecasting (BIAS, WAPE, accuracy).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
- 12+ years progressive Supply Chain Planning leadership with S&OP experience; CPG preferred
- SAP ERP (ECC/S4/Hana) required; advanced planning tools preferred
- Drive results, influence senior leaders, lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environment.
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel, supply chain modeling), executive communication, stakeholder management.
